open the gates to the world of french wine
French enthusiasts
"Growing up in a country whose wine and gastronomy are recognised as a living heritage by UNESCO makes us French lovers of these simple pleasures. I'm proud of my country and its traditions, and so I'm keen on sharing with world travellers passing through Lyon the unique and authentic experiences that only a passionate local could unearth".
our unmatched passion for wine and gastronomy creates unforgettable cultural experiences
Our small Lyon-based travel agency specializes in organizing high-touch twine tours in the Beaujolais, Rhône-Valley, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Burgundy wine region.
Over the years, we've travelled the length and breadth of the Lyon region to discover, assess and gather together the best addresses for a stay we'd love to have. This has enabled us to forge links with hundreds of Beaujolais and Rhône-Valley winemakers, restaurateurs and locals so that we can organise unique, tailor-made wine tours at various stages, and above all so that you can meet people who will welcome you with a smile because they are proud to share their products and their knowledge.
During these wine tours exploring Lyon vineyards and its gastronomy, you'll have the satisfaction of tasting fresh, local products from short circuits, meeting winegrowers whose doors are usually closed to private individuals and being accompanied by French people happy to share their knowledge.
The vast majority of tours will be accompanied by myself. I am passionate about the " French art de vivre", its history and of course its gastronomy and wines. A graduate of emlyon business school and McGill University as well as WSET3 certification, I have taken part in international wine-tasting competitions at some of France's most prestigious estates (Château d'Yquem, Ruinart, Bollinger, Château Mouton-Rothschild) and won some of them. As a collector of old wines, for the last 3 years I've been accompanying international wine enthusiasts all over France who want to find out more about the French vineyards.

By far the best wine tour of our lives. The winemakers we met have delicious wines, they're passionate about their craft and eager to share their knowledge, we're far from an orchestrated visit. A key element of the day, given that we were a family of 5, Hugo suggested that rather than a traditional lunch, we opt for a picnic in the vines with a blind tasting of 6 wines from old vintages paired with local produce (cheeses, charcuterie, bread, truffle butter) of the highest quality. A memorable day to remember.
It was a pleasant and beautiful day!!! Hugo is a great guy who really loves what ge do… he took us first to a beautiful little church on top of a mountain where tou have a breathless view of Beaujolais and then visit two vineyards with interesting stories of their owners… had a great lunch and company!!!! Fully recommended
